Payment Methods

Order Confirmation

Orders are subject to payment authorisation and verification. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Bespoke Orders

For custom teamwear, a design mockup is provided before payment. Production will only begin once the final design is approved and payment is received.

Taxes & Duties

UK orders include applicable VAT where relevant. Orders delivered outside the UK or Europe may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Mint Bespoke Wear is not liable for any additional charges incurred during international delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

Mint Bespoke Wear ships across the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international locations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Ready-to-wear items are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 3–7 working days
Europe: 5–10 working days
International: 7–14 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

Bespoke Teamwear Orders

Custom teamwear orders begin production only after final design approval and payment confirmation. Estimated production and delivery timeframe is 2–4 weeks depending on order size and complexity.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details where available.

Delays

Delays may occur due to high demand, courier issues, or customs processing. Mint Bespoke Wear is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers but will assist in resolving any issues.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Items listed on our website are generally available for immediate dispatch. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified within 1–2 working days and offered a suitable alternative, backorder option, or full refund.

Bespoke Teamwear

All custom teamwear is made to order. Availability is based on design approval, production capacity, and material availability. Once your design is approved and payment is received, your order is secured in our production schedule.

We take great care to ensure product descriptions are clear and accurate. Colours and designs are represented as closely as possible, however slight variations may occur due to screen displays, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes.

Stock & Updates
