RETURNS POLICY

1) BESPOKE & PERSONALISED ITEMS

All customised items (including club badges, sponsor logos, names, initials, or numbers)are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2) FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or not as ordered:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email: info@mintbespokewear.com
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the fault if approved, we will offer a replacement, repair or refund (where appropriate).

3) NON-CUSTOMISED ITEMS

Items that are not customised may be eligible for return:

  • Must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4) EXCHANGES

If an exchange is approved:

  • Replacement items will be produced and shipped once the original item is received
  • We cover the cost of sending the replacement
  • Customers cover the return shipping.

5) DELIVERY & RETURNS RESPONSIBILITY

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns. Mint Bespoke Wear is not responsible for lost return parcels or items damaged in return transit.

6) PROCESSING TIMES

Returns are processed within 7-14 working days.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method.

7) IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Slight variations in colour, print size or positioning are not considered faults
  • All designs are approved before production- responsibility lies with the customer once approved
