At Mint Bespoke Wear, we operate with complete transparency and professionalism. These Terms & Conditions outline how we work with clubs, teams, organisations.

Definitions:
“Buyer” means the organisation, club, school, or individual placing an order.
“Club Shop” means an online storefront operated by Mint Bespoke Wear on behalf of a club or organisation.
“Goods” means all bespoke garments and products supplied.
“Seller” means Mint Bespoke Wear, 21 Dovehouse Field, Cressing, Braintree, Essex, CM77 8GQ.
“Designs” means all mockups, artwork, and custom concepts created by Mint Bespoke Wear.
General:
These Terms apply to all orders and override any other terms unless agreed in writing. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms.
Mint Bespoke Wear reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

All prices are in GBP (£) and subject to change.
No hidden costs. Every order is clearly quoted and approved before production begins.
Full payment or agreed deposit is required before production.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has cleared.
Mint Bespoke Wear reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to production.

All designs must be approved before production.
Once approved, the Buyer accepts full responsibility for all details including sizes, colours, logos, and spelling.
No changes can be made after approval.
Production begins after approval and payment. Lead times vary depending on demand.

Delivery times are estimates only.
Mint Bespoke Wear is not responsible for courier delays or external factors.
Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
5. Returns, Refunds & Faults

Due to bespoke production, returns are not accepted unless items are faulty.
Issues must be reported within 7 days.
Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund.
Minor variations are not considered faults.
6. Intellectual Property & Branding

All designs remain the property of Mint Bespoke Wear.
Buyers may not reproduce or replicate designs without permission.
Mint Bespoke Wear may use designs for marketing unless agreed otherwise.
7. Club Shop & Commercial Terms

Club Shops are operated and managed by Mint Bespoke Wear.
Revenue Share:
Where applicable, revenue share percentages will be agreed in writing with the club. Payments will be made on a scheduled basis.
Order Fulfilment:
All orders placed through the Club Shop are processed, produced, and fulfilled by Mint Bespoke Wear.
Customer Responsibility:
End customers purchasing via the Club Shop are subject to these Terms.
Returns:
Club Shop purchases follow the same bespoke policy — no returns unless faulty.
Mint Bespoke Wear reserves the right to modify or withdraw Club Shop access at any time.

Mint Bespoke Wear is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Liability is limited to the total order value.
Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by UK law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
